FAQ
-
What’s the first step in buying a home?
The first step is getting pre-approved for a mortgage. This helps you understand your budget and shows sellers you’re a serious buyer. I can connect you with trusted local lenders to get started.
-
How do I know what my home is worth?
I provide a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to evaluate your home’s value based on recent sales, market trends, and property condition. You can reach out to me here with your contact information and home address, and I will email you my evaluation.
-
How much does it cost to work with a realtor?
As a buyer, my services are typically free to you — the seller usually covers the agent commissions, although everything is negotiable and on a per-contract basis. As a seller, I’ll discuss a clear commission structure up front with no surprises.
-
Can you help if I’m relocating or buying out of state?
Absolutely - as a former New England resident I am no stranger to relocating. I can help connect you to local lenders, provide insight on local communities, and I have no problem giving virtual / Facetime tours if you can’t be there in person.
-
What’s included in your marketing when I list my home with you?
My marketing plan includes professional photography, MLS exposure, targeted social media advertising, open houses, email campaigns, and listing on major real estate platforms like Zillow and Realtor.com.

Can you help me find a qualified tenant for my rental property?
Yes! I offer full tenant placement services, including marketing your rental, conducting showings, screening applicants (credit, background, income, and rental history), and handling lease preparation. Most properties I list are rented within 1–2 weeks. I have a list of references available for any interested investors.
